We would just like to thank you for your excellent, hassle-free service, collecting us from Alicante airport to Javea. We found your representative, Deborah straight away on our arrival, who explained that she was not actually our driver, but a guide to assist our driver! We were collected in a SP plated 7 seater people carrier even though there was only 4 of us. It was spotlessly clean and very roomy. On the morning of our return we had arranged a pick up at 6am but the same excellent driver (think his name was Surer?) and car was waiting for us at 5.45. Both Surer and Deborah are a credit to your company, and we would have no hesitation in recommending you. A truly 5 star service at a most competitive price.

Now that i am home i just wanted to leave you a note to say Thank you for the excellent service that you provided. The Driver was waiting for our arrival at Alicante airport and took us to our destination without any problems at all. It was a very clean mini bus and a smooth journey. The driver was very friendly and very helpful in providing some knowledge of the area with tips on where are good places to visit during our holiday. The return journey was just as pleasant as arriving, as the driver arrived on time, and we had the same driver for both journeys which was good so we knew there wouldn't be any problems. I had to book a one way transfer at late notice and after scouring the net and getting quotes, I found this company recommended on the Tripadvisor forum and I have to say they were fantastic, very helpful and also the best priced. Hi, to everyone involved with our transport arrangements from 15.5.10 to 26.5.10 from the moment our friends and I met our driver at Barcelona Airport we were looked after every inch of the way polite, informative also showing concern that we were careful with our passports money etc taken to our downtown hotel, picked up again the next day to be taken to the cruise terminal, where he dropped us was perfect, right where the cruise staff were waiting for our cases. After the cruise, picked up again in a very good place (didn't have to lift a case) we were taken to Sitges, the driver told us places to eat etc picked up again to be returned to the airport. We had to alter the time to be picked up that was no problem they arrived just as promised. The journey back to Barcelona airport the driver told us other places to visit should we return to the area, even found the sun glasses we left in the car {my friend was pleased as they were an expensive pair} Thank you for all your care and attention and helping to make our holiday a wonderful stress free experience we will be using your company (Costa Blanca Transfers) again that's for certain.

Having caught up on sleep following flight delays from Alicante yesterday (Monday 17th May), I wanted to drop you a line as soon as possible to thank you, on behalf of our group, for the excellent transfer service you provided us at the weekend. We couldn't fault the service at all - excellent driver, clean and suitable transport for the six of us, great instructions, everything on time and (best of all) excellent value for money!
It is always a worry when you haven't used a company before as to whether they will be reliable and turn up on time, but we needn't have worried at all.
We will certainly recommend Costa Blanca Transfers to anyone else requiring transfers to/from Alicante. We're sure even the owner of the villa we stayed in will be impressed with your service, so there may well be a regular booking from this!!!

Your call on Tuesday evening to say there was a cancellation and 3 spaces available for wed was a lifeline. Girona Airport to Barcelona ... 7 April, 2010 ...
My journey was from Girona airport to Barcelona return. Ryanair drops you to at Girona, so I looked at all transfers available to Barcelona, then I got a quote from this service for 12 people. The price was reasonable and the service was great! They had a sign with your name at the airport, they even stop off half way at your request for a cigarette break and guess what, it was a whole coach that arrives as a private service for just 12 people ...we had space, we had freedom and a great driver. The return journey was 9:30am, our age group was 18-30 so you can guess late nights and heavy drinking ... we waited at the place they dropped us off at in Barcelona City just outside our apartments ... the coach arrived bang on time ... it was great and made Barcelona the perfect weekend away. Always use this service ... you may find it cheaper but never the same service and most reliable. We arrived at Girona Airport and were expected in the port of Barcelona for a cruise. We were travelling with 8 persons, and had to be sure that the driver showed up, so we wouldn’t miss our boat and make sure that we wouldn’t miss our airplane when we were going home. The kind driver was waiting for us at the airport, and helped us with our luggage and we were seated in a clean, air-conditioned minibus with plenty of space. A few days before our holiday was finished, we had to reschedule your taxi service to go back to Girona airport. One simple contact was enough to relax again, we could change without a problem. If anybody using this service for the first time has any reservations, please let me assure you the service we received was second to none. The lady that collected was so helpful and polite - you would not receive this from an ordinary cab! She left us contact details in case we needed any other help during our stay, which thankfully we didn't, but it's reassuring to know you could call on somebody to help with translation etc in the unlikely event you needed any assistance. The car was there waiting for us clearly marked on arrival, and exactly on time for the return trip. Girona Airport to Barcelona...11 March, 2009... I would like to say thank you for the service you provided to me & my friends by way of providing a coach for my stag do 6th-9th March. The driver was at the Girona airport waiting for us when we got there 15 mins early and he was at our hotel again 15 mins early for our journey back at 3:30am, yes 3:30 in the morning!! Both coaches were air conditioned, clean & both drivers both spoke good English. I would like to add that my original party was for 28 people of which 11 dropped out 2 days before our flight. I rang customer services and spoke to Andrew on the day before we flew to see if you could supply a smaller bus saving us all some money, which Andrew managed, thanks mate. Car Hire - Alicante Airport Thought I would e-mail you to let you know that our car hire experience, through Costa Blanca Transfers, went like a dream. No queuing at alicante airport. We were met from the plane by your car hire rep. A few minutes completing the docs and we were on our way. What more could you ask for, whilst everyone else was stood in a queue waiting to pick up their car (At least an hours wait, if not more!) We had to extend our stay by a week and there was absolutely no problem in extending our period of rental. For that, we are very grateful. It was very good of you to stay with our group when you dropped us off at the Hotel in Benidorm, until we managed to sort out with our Spanish contacts where they were and what they were trying to change on our booking of the apartments and hotel. My wife Pat and I (Harry) would like to thank you and your company for helping to make our stay in Calpe a good one. We got to Alicante airport, stopped for a cigarette went to meet Paul who apologised to us for only just getting there and we were the ones who should have said sorry. After loading the wheelchair assisted mini bus, we set off. When reaching Calpe we had to locate the keys for our apartment, which had not been left for us, Paul took us round to the apartment and spent time looking to see if he could locate an address that was maybe similar to where our keys should have been, but no joy. As Paul was ending his shift we had to tell him to go as it was not his fault. We duly got sorted and Paul arrived at the appointed time for our journey to Alicante airport. So thank you for helping us out, as a side my wife is blind and in a wheelchair my sister in law has learning difficulties, I shall be recommending your company to our friends who go to a villa in Calpe, Spain.
