The driver was waiting for us at the airport and arrived at our hotel exactly on time for the return journey. The taxi was clean and looked as though it had just been valeted. Although the driver's english wasn't perfect he was very friendly and we were able to converse. Girona Airport to Barcelona...11 March, 2009... I would like to say thank you for the service you provided to me & my friends by way of providing a coach for my stag do 6th-9th March. The driver was at the Girona airport waiting for us when we got there 15 mins early and he was at our hotel again 15 mins early for our journey back at 3:30am, yes 3:30 in the morning!! Both coaches were air conditioned, clean & both drivers both spoke good English. I would like to add that my original party was for 28 people of which 11 dropped out 2 days before our flight. I rang customer services and spoke to Andrew on the day before we flew to see if you could supply a smaller bus saving us all some money, which Andrew managed, thanks mate. We are safely back in the Danish cold weather. Car Hire - Alicante Airport Thought I would e-mail you to let you know that our car hire experience, through Costa Blanca Transfers, went like a dream. No queuing at alicante airport. We were met from the plane by your car hire rep. A few minutes completing the docs and we were on our way. What more could you ask for, whilst everyone else was stood in a queue waiting to pick up their car (At least an hours wait, if not more!) We had to extend our stay by a week and there was absolutely no problem in extending our period of rental. For that, we are very grateful. The driver was stood in Gerona airport arrivals waiting for us and we were on the road in no time. The coach was 'luxury' as it states, very clean and modern. There was nothing to complain about and the service was great. One tiny problem was that the driver didnt speak too much english but we managed!! We got to Alicante airport, stopped for a cigarette went to meet Paul who apologised to us for only just getting there and we were the ones who should have said sorry. When reaching Calpe we had to locate the keys for our apartment, which had not been left for us, Paul took us round to the apartment and spent time looking to see if he could locate an address that was maybe similar to where our keys should have been, but no joy. We all got back safely and in one piece (no thanks to the plane pilot I have to say!). It was quite a bumpy flight home, the take off and the landing were the worst though!
